Thursday 1/31 Practice:

7:30-9:30 at Fliptastic! gymnastics. Gymnasts only need to report if they were told so at practice tonight.
 
Friday Meet 2/1- 
Competition will begin at 6:30.  
Location:  COGC (Central Ohio Gymnastics & Cheer) 
 
Saturday 2/2:
8:00- Pictures (team & individual pictures that you can order) @ Fliptastic! Gymnastics. Order forms were sent home this evening- I have extras for those that did not get them- and you can also view the order form at:  www.Parkerphotographs.com  at the bottom of the home page you will see a icon that says sport order form.
9:00-11:30 practice- All Gymnasts

Rock N Roll Invitational- 1/12

Here is the information that I have regarding competition times for the Invitational (Rock n Roll Invite)  next Saturday 1/12 .
Gymnasts will need to be at the School by 4:45 am for the bus

General Stretch 8-8:30am
warm-up  8:30-8:45
Present 8:45-8:55
Competition: 8:55-11:55
Awards:  12:00-12:30
SESSION 2: Hilliard Davidson, Hilliard Darby
General Stretch:  12:30-1:00
Warm-Up: 1:00-1:15
Present:  1:15-1:25
Competition:  1:25-4:25
Awards:  4:30-4:45

Monday 1/7/13

Monday 1/7/13:

Darby and Bradley–  DRESS UP for school on Monday.  Team Meal in Davidson commons right after school.  Be ready to get on the bus by 4:00.  I will give equipment assignments when I get to the school. 
 
Davidson:  NO PRACTICE.  Rest up and be ready for Wednesday!
