Monday 2/27/23: Normal Practice- 6:00-9:00 at Bradley. All Athletes report this date.

Wednesday 3/1/23– Practice TBD

***This will depend on the outcome of the District Championship on Saturday 2/25

Thursday 3/2/23:

Set up for State Gymnastics Meet. This is MANDATORY for all athletes. We also need as many parent participants as able. We will be setting up 2 gyms of gymnastics equipment, judges table, hospitality, etc. Our Team earns money for doing this!

Friday 3/3/23:

Gymnast Workers to report to Bradley at 3:00

(if we have a team Qualify to States- this information will be updated-Top 2 Teams at District Advance to State)

Saturday 3/4/23

Gymnast Workers to report to Bradley at 11:15

(any gymnasts that qualified for Individual Competition will have different reporting info- Top 8 Athletes per event advance to Individual State)

Team Gymnastics Banquet: Date TBD. I am working to find a day to avoid Spring School Activity Conflicts- stay tuned!

Team Sleepover at Fliptastic!– This is back after a 2 year break!!!! Date TBD- I will update this soon!!

Friday 2/24:

4:30-7:00- Practice at Fliptastic!

7:00-7:30- Team Dinner at Fliptastic!

Saturday 2/25:

7:20 am: Davidson Gymnasts report to Bradley for Bus

9:15 am: Competition Begins (Davidson 1st rotation roughly 10:00 am)

11:30 am: Bradley and Darby Gymnasts report to Bradley for Bus

1:00 processional for all Teams

1:45 pm: Competition Begins (Bradley begins competing at 1:45, Darby will start roughly at 2:30)

Sunday 2/26:

9:30 am : All Gymnasts report for Bus

12:00 pm: Competition Begins (athletes will be competing on any event that they did not compete on Saturday)

Hilliard Bradley High School is the Host Site for 2023 Gymnastics OCC Championships

Each Session/Division is a separate Championship Meet

Awards given to top 5 on each event in each Session (ties will be broken)

Friday 2/10/23:

4:30: Practice at Bradley High School

7:00- Team Meal at Bradley High School

7:30-8:30- Finish Set up for OCC Championship Meet

Saturday 2/11/23:

Buckeye OCC Divison (Hilliard Davidson)

7:30 am: Davidson Gymnasts report to Bradley

8:30 am: Introduction of Teams

8:35 am: Warmup/Compete Begins

11:35 am: Awards scheduled

Central OCC Division (Hilliard Bradley)

11:00 am: Bradley Gymnasts report to Bradley

12:05 pm: Introduction of Teams

12:10 pm: Warmup/Compete Begins

2:30 pm: Awards scheduled

Cardinal OCC Division (Hilliard Darby)

2:00 pm: Darby Gymnasts report to Bradley

3:00 pm: Introduction of Teams

3:05 pm: Warmup/Compete Begins

5:45 pm: Awards Scheduled

We will not be doing Team Snacks- so athletes should plan to eat prior to the meet as well as bring any snack that they may want. There will not be a lot of down time during the competition.

Following Competition/Awards in the first 2 sessions: Davidson and Bradley gymnasts may leave to eat, etc. Gymnasts need to check in with a coach prior to leaving.

Davidson and Bradley Gymnasts need to be back to Bradley by 5:15 pm to assist with tearing down equipment immediately following the conclusion of competition in the 3rd session.
