Friday 2/28/25: 5:00- approx. 8:00 pm
Set up for State Gymnastics Meet. This is MANDATORY for all athletes. We also need as many parent participants as able. If each gymnast can bring 1-3 people with them to assist- we will be in good shape.
We will be setting up 2 gyms of gymnastics equipment, judges table, hospitality, etc. Our Team earns money for doing this!
Saturday 3/1/25: (Team Competition Day)
Gymnast Workers to report to Bradley at 12:00pm– competition ends around 6:30 pm
(if we have a team Qualify to States- this information will be updated-Top 3 Teams at District Advance to State)
Sunday 3/2/25: (Individual Competition Day)
Gymnast Workers to report to Bradley at 10:00am– competition ends around 3:00 pm
(any gymnasts that qualified for Individual Competition will have different reporting info- Top 8 Athletes per event advance to Individual State)
2:30 pm- Additional Parents/Helpers report back to Bradley to tear down equipment and put back on the truck.
Team Gymnastics Banquet: Date TBD. I am working to find a day to avoid Spring School Activity Conflicts- stay tuned!
Team Sleepover at Fliptastic!– Date TBD.
