Pre-Season Conditioning

Mondays & Wednesdays

Starts October 5th

4:30-5:45 pm- Davidson Wrestling Room

We have some information for the Invitational at Brecksville on Jan 17th. There are 3 different sessions for this meet- For this year, we have been able to get all 3 of our teams in the middle session of the day- which means we will not need to leave at 4:30 in the morning! Yay!!!

7:45- Gymnasts Arrive at School
8:00- Bus Departs School
12:00- General Stretch
12:30- Team Introductions
12:40- First Warmup begins
12:55- Competition Begins
Awards are schedule for around 4:00 pm

I am leaving plenty of time to get from Darby to Brecksville. This will account for any possible weather conditions- and it will also give the gymnasts a chance to have time to eat prior to the competition.

At this meet- we will be able to compete top 6 per event per team.
