Updated schedule for 12/20-12/22

There has been a change in the schedule for the rest of the week.  In order to get the team picture taken for the poster on friday- I need the gymnasts to report to Darby on Friday at 2:15 to set up equipment. We will set up the equipment prior to team meal at 3:00.   This will allow time for the picture before warmups.
We will not have to take the picture on Saturday this way.
Sunday Flip a thon/practice is still on sunday from 12:00-2:00.  Get those last minute pledges if you need them!!!
Summary:
Friday 12/20- Gymnasts report to Darby at 2:15
Saturday 12/21- No Practice or Picture
Sunday 12/22- 12:00-2:00 @ Fliptastic!

We will be CANCELING Practice on Thursday 12/19 to allow the gymnasts more time to study for exams!

Poster Picture:  Tentatively set for Saturday 12/21                                                          Time TBD (but in the morning)

Friday’s Meet: 

3:00- Team Meal

4:00-Set up Equipment

4:30- Stretch

5:00- Timed Warmups

6:30- Competition Starts

Flip A Thon– Sunday 12/22 during practice (12:00-2:00)

Gymnasts should report to the Darby Commons right after school (3:00) for Team Meal.  Please be ready to set up equipment by 4:00!  See you then!

This is the link to the Sign up for the OCC team meal. Please consider assisting with this!  
OCC Championships: Saturday Feb 9th- Thomas Worthington High School
Each division has its own session/meet- so the teams will be competing at different times throughout the day.
Here is the approximate timeline.
Darby:  
7:00 am   Bus Leaves Davidson
9:25 am   Intro of Teams
9:30 am   Competition Begins
11:45 am  Awards in Auxiliary Gym
Davidson:
10:15 am  Bus Leaves Davidson
12:40 pm  Intro of Teams
12:45 pm  Competition Begins
3:00  pm   Awards in Auxiliary Gym
Bradley:
1:30 pm   Bus Leaves Davidson
3:55 pm   Introduction of Teams
4:00 pm   Competition Begins
6:15 pm    Awards
There will only be a return bus back to Davidson after the 3rd Session.  (the Bus will be shuttling back and forth to get all gymnasts there, so it will be leaving before competition is done from the previous session)  Gymnasts will be welcome to stay and cheer for the other teams- but if they would like to leave after their session – I will need a Bus/Absence Slip PRIOR to Saturday.
