District Championship Meet:
Saturday 2/26/22
Worthington Kilbourne High School
10:00 am- All Gymnasts report to Bradley
10:15 am- Bus Departs
12:00pm- Bradley & Darby Competition Begins
3:15pm- Davidson Competition Begins
5:30- Estimated time for awards
***If a gymnast would like to ride home with their parent instead of riding the bus back to the school- they would need to turn in an Absence slip by Friday 2/25/22

State Championship Meet:
(All information below for the State Meet is in regards to HOSTING the State Meet- If we have Individual and/or Team State Qualifiers- I will get that info out quickly following the District Meet)
Hilliard Bradley High School
Thursday 3/3/22:
– 6:45 pm- Hilliard Teams set up for the State Meet. This will usually last until about 10:00pm
–We need as many volunteers as we are able to get in addition to the gymnasts to assist with Set Up. The State rents equipment for this meet and we will be unloading the equipment off of the semi-truck, bringing it into the school and setting it up.
-This is a fundraiser for the Hilliard Gymnastics teams as they earn money for the set up/tear down and working during the State Meet.
Friday 3/4/22:
Team Competition for the State Qualifying Teams
3:15pm- gymnast Workers report to Bradley for their assignments
Competition will run to approximately 8:30/9:00
Saturday 3/5/22:
Individual Competition for State Qualifying Event Individuals
10:15 am- Gymnast Workers report to Bradley for their assignments
Competition begins at 12:00 pm- it will run until approximately 4:00pm
3:45 pm– Hilliard Gymnasts and Other Volunteers to assist with Tear Down will need to report to Hilliard Bradley by to begin tear down of the meet. It is very important that we have as many helpers in addition to the Gymnasts to assist so that this goes smoothly.

There has been a change in location- the meet will be held at:
The Lausche Building; 717 E. 17th Ave, Columbus, OH 43211
Gymnasts will report to Bradley at 7:20 am for the bus to depart at 7:30 am
The meet is divided into 2 sessions:
1st Session: Darby will begin competition at 8:40 am
2nd Session: Davidson will begin competition at 12:20 with Bradley following behind Davidson
-Tickets for entry can be purchased at the door, $10 per spectator. CASH ONLY!!
We are able to compete a max of 6 gymnasts per team per event.

All Athletes MUST have an up to date Physical on file PRIOR to participating in Tryouts!
Please make sure you have signed up (both parents and gymnasts) on FINAL FORMS Prior to tryouts. All forms (including physicals) must be uploaded into Final Forms!

The entire tournament will be streamed online at https://www.nfhsnetwork.com/associations/ohsaa/gymnastics for $10.99. Fans will simply have to purchase a monthly pass which can then be cancelled after the conclusion of the tournament, if desired.

Thursday 3/4: 6:00 pm Gymnasts report to Hilliard Bradley for State Meet set up.
Friday 3/5: 1:15 pm Gymnasts assigned to work report. Estimated to be complete around 9:15pm
Saturday 3/6: 10:00am Gymnasts assigned to work report. Estimated to be complete around 4:30. Gymnasts who are not working the meet on Saturday will report at 4:15pm to assist in tearing down and storing the equipment at Bradley for the off-season.
Parents: We are in need of some coolers to be volunteered for the meet. We need 6 total. Please let me know if you are able to supply a large cooler for this event. We are also looking for donation of pop and water. Please let me know if you are interested in donating a case of water or a 12- pack of pop!
