Darby & Bradley Parents and Gymnasts:
Each parent and each gymnast must set up a “Final Forms” account prior to starting the season.
The parent must set up their account BEFORE the student sets up their account.

First and foremost- I want to say how proud I am of our 3 Teams after this weekend! We had great performances from all 3 schools this weekend- I could not have asked for more!
Here are some updates for the upcoming week.
Practice: Tuesday 5:30-8:30 @ Davidson. This is for ALL gymnasts. We will be practicing as well as doing some season wrap up things. This is still a required practice.
State Gymnastics Meet: (reminder- all of the work that our team does for this meet is a FUNDRAISER! and required)
Thursday: Report time will likely be between 7:30/8:00 (will confirm soon)
Set up for the State Gymnastics meet at Hilliard Bradley High School. There is a Tournament B-Ball Game that night- so we will most likely not be able to set up the Gym until 8:15/8:30- but we will know as it gets closer what the exact timeline will be. We will be setting up both the Auxiliary Gym/Warmup Gym as well as the main gym. Other things that we will be doing include getting the judges tables ready (linens, flowers, snacks/candy, start value cards, other misc supplies) setting up any other components of the Competition gym to make sure it is ready to go on Friday!!
Any Parents that are able to assist- will only make things go much faster. Especially if we have a few parents that are willing to assist with getting the equipment off of the truck (equipment is rented for this event)
Friday: Team Competition Night for the State Gymnastics Meet:
Gymnasts will need to report right after school to Hilliard Bradley (3:00/3:15). They will be oriented to their job for the evening and sent to their stations. (gymnasts will be getting their assignments on Tuesday at Practice)
Any parent volunteers will get their report info separately.
Saturday: Individual Competition day for the State Gymnastics Meet:
Gymnasts will report for their jobs at 11:15
Any parent volunteers will get their report info separately.
Immediately following the competition- it will be all hands on deck to get the equipment torn down and loaded back onto the truck. Again- Any and All parent helpers (or older siblings, etc) will make this work go much, much faster. Parents & any gymnasts not assigned to a specific job during the last rotation of competition will be able to get the warmup gym torn down and ready to load to save on our overall time. It is really important to have everyone there to help so that it gets done in a timely manner!
The Davidson “All Sports Banquet” Will be on Thursday March 14th (Darby & Bradley are not doing a combined sports event this year)
Our Team Banquet will be on Monday March 18th- Location TBD.
We have not set the date for the Team Sleepover at Fliptastic! yet, so STAY TUNED!!!

This event is held by our District to allow every gymnast a chance to compete on Any Event that they are not scheduled to compete in at Districts. This means that many gymnasts will compete in BOTH the District Invite as well as the District Championships, or just in the District Invite. There are medals and ribbons given out for top 10 on each event and in the All-Around. There is no team score for this event, only individual scores.

3:30/3:45 pm– report to Davidson time
4:00 pm- But Departs Davidson to go to Thomas Worthington
Comp Time: 6:15 pm
Friday-: Practice from 3:00-5:00 (@ Fliptastic!) followed by Team Meal at Coach Carol’s House
Saturday: (meet is at Worthington Kilbourne)
7:15 am- Report time for Davidson and Bradley (at Davidson)
7:30 am– Bus Departs for Worthington Kilbourne High School
9:15 am- Competition for am session Begins (Davidson is in the 1st Flight, Bradley in the 2nd Flight-there are 3 flights total in the morning)
11:15 am– Report Time for Darby (at Davidson)
11:30 am- Buts Departs for Worthington Kilbourne High School
1:00 pm- Processional/March In for ALL Schools
1:45 pm- Competition for pm Session Begins (Darby is in the last flight of this session, there are 3 flights)
~6:30 pm– Bus Departs for Hilliard Davidson High School (from Worthington Kilbourne)
Although this meet is divided into 2 sessions (am & pm) it is ONE championship meet. All of the awards are done at the end of the pm session- and all Gymnasts must be present for the awards portion of the day.
There will be T-Shirts available the Day of the meet if anyone is interested. If I get anymore information before the meet- I will send it along.
***Bradley & Davidson Gymnasts- they may bring in a slip to leave after their session with their Parents (their own, and not anyone else’s parents) to get Lunch- but must be back to Kilbourne by 4:00!! No One will be released without a slip turned in the day before the meet. They are also welcome to stay onsite during the pm session as well.

Where: Thomas Worthington High School
This meet is divided into 2 Sessions (the morning session has 2 OCC Divisions competing, and the afternoon session has 1 OCC Division Competing)
7:00am- Davidson Gymnasts report to Davidson– Bus will depart at 7:15 am
8:45am– Competition Begins
12:45- Tentative Awards Time
11:15am- Darby & Bradley report to Davidson– Bus will depart at 11:30 am
1:15- Compeition Begins
3:50- Tentative Awards Time
There will be a bus that returns to Davidson following the conclusion of the 2nd session.

Competition Start Time: 6:00 pm
We will be competing 6 gymnasts per event (this may end up being up to 9!)
Although this is an “Invitational” I don’t believe that there will be more than 8 teams- so it will run much more quickly than we are used to for an invitational (Both the Hilliard Invitational and the McGee has 16 teams)

This meet will be like the Hilliard Invitational- 4 flights of teams that rotate between the warmup gym and competition gym.
We are able to compete 6 gymnasts per event, per team.
