Mandatory Team Meeting (Gymnasts & Parents)
When: Thursday November 10th
Time: 7:00-9:00 pm (ish)
Where: Hilliard Bradley High School (Aux Commons)
It is very important that ALL Gymnasts attend with at least ONE of their parents. We will be going over a lot of very important information for the upcoming season!
Attendance is Mandatory to qualify for Competition this Season!!!

OSU MEET:
We will meet at Darby High School field house at 3:00- we will carpool from there to the OSU Meet. The meet starts at 4:00 pm.
We will head from the meet to the sleepover at Fliptastic!
For the Sleepover- we will have pizza and salad as the “main dish”. Gymnasts can bring any other sides, chips, cookies, etc if they would like to share.

STATE MEET: Friday 3/4 & Friday 3/5- ALL GYMNASTS need to plan to attend both days of this. We, as the host site, provide workers for this meet. It is a great honor and great representation of our program- as well as fun!

Friday 2/26:
Practice: 3:30-5:30 @ Fliptastic! Gymnastics
Team Meal- After practice at Coach Carol’s House.
Saturday 2/27/16:
7:20 am- Report time for Bus: Darby & Davidson
9:20– Competition for Flight 1 Begins (Davidson is in Flight 2, Darby is in Flight 3)
1:05– Processional for All Schools
11:15 am- Report time for Bus: Bradley
1:40- Competition Begins for Flight 4 (Bradley is Flight 5)
5:45- Tentative Awards Scheduled
There are 3 Flights of competition in the AM Session & 3 Flights of competition in the PM session- This ONE MEET.
Darby & Davidson Gymnasts who want to go to Lunch after processional with their parent- must Bring a note by FRIDAY 2/26. This same rule applies if a gymnast would like to ride home with their parent instead of riding the Bus. (after all awards)

• Bus Time- 8:00 am
• We will eat lunch at Brecksville once we arrive
• All 3 teams are in Session 2 (there is a total of 3 sessions that day- all separate meets)
• Stretch- 12:45
• Warmups start- 1:20
• Competition Begins- 1:32
• Awards will immediately follow the competition (roughly around 5:15-5:30)
• We will board the bus to head back to Bradley after awards
Other Info:
